Edit mode in Master data
As an admin, you can customise your Master data yourself; Master Data is the overall overview of your product, customer or supplier. You access this view with just one click in your ABC Cloud, containing four views: Info, Profit, Transaction and All data. Press the "Edit mode" button at the top right to change the setup.
You can find it here:
Customise your Info view
To optimise your info view, you can now modify this view so that the data you want appears when you click on the product, customer or supplier you want to see. It is about changing the following:
1. The title is at the top after the ID.
Here, having the name of what you see makes the most sense.
This is done by clicking on the drop-down menu at the top and, from there, choosing what should be after what is already there; this could be an ID.
2. The values of the graph.
Here you can choose what the graph shows and how it should be presented. (as a bar or line chart)
This feature can change by pressing the blue crosses to the right of the graph. Here comes a dropdown menu with column headings that you have available and which can be displayed in the chart; select the one you want to display as default, and it will subsequently be saved to this when you exit "Edit mode". (You can have a maximum of six info boxes)
3. Supplementary columns.
The columns under the graph are permanently displayed on your view.
Press the "+ Add Additional Column" dropdown and select which columns to display.

NB: The setting that appears when save is pressed becomes the default view for the entire bucket.
Customise the All-data view.
The all-data view lets you display all the data available for the product, customer or supplier you want to see. You can customise this view so that you and your other Cloud users see what is essential to you.
This is done by going into "Edit mode", where all headings become boxes that can be dragged from "Hidden" to "Shown" and moved around according to order.
These topics can also be sorted alphabetically on the button. The button
sets the view to default.
