On the screenshot below you see a classic double ABC categorization created in ABC Analyzer.
New to ABC Analyzer? Notice that after import, your data is only visible on "Data". You need to create an ABC categorization to begin.
Create a double ABC categorization
Use the button with the tiny green "plus" to create a new categorization. We recommend you use “Cost value” and “Picks/Order lines” for your first ABC Categorization.
- Click the big "Double ABC"-button on the right. (image below)
- Underneath the highlighted ABC matrix, setup the criteria (cost value 12 / Picks 12)
- Define the limits, most commonly used is 80 / 15 / 5
- Name your categorization (on the right)
- Click "OK" to save
Edit the categorization
Edit your categorization using the yellow pencil. You can alter and add extra categories to your categorization as often as you need.
