Reports contains all the company's reports and acts as a shared drive
Use Reports to find the reports that are relevant to you and mark them as favourites. You can then easily access them through:
- The drop-down menu in "Reports"
- In Home
Groups and private reports
In Reports, the reports are divided into a number of groups corresponding to folders on a shared drive.
- The groups are created and named by Admins.
- At the bottom of Reports, you will find your "private reports," if you are able to create new reports (this requires a particular user type)
Private reports are not visible to your colleagues.
This can be an advantage e.g. when you are working on reports that are filtered by your product or customer category. In this case, it does not make sense for your colleagues to have access to the report.
Every time you copy an existing report or create a new one, it remains private until you share it.

See info about each report
There is an info box for each report. To access it: Click the icon for the report (not the report name). The info box appears on the right-hand side of the Library, where among other things you can see who owns the report.

- Star: Choose whether or not the report should be a favourite (to make it appear on the Home page).
