Get individual dashboards for each department
When the department dashboard is created, you should set up one personal dashboard for every department. It is important that the goals for the different KPI's appear an that sub-KPI's are set such as one KPI per main group. This will make it clear where to focus the work in order to improve the principal KPI. And it will be easy to monitor the effect of the initiatives.
