The customer accounts in ABC Cloud show you where you are losing (or earning) money for each customer.
It’s hard to see clearly how individual customers affect your supply chain.
- What profit do you make from the customer?
- How much discount has been given over the year?
- How much does it cost to sell and distribute to the customer and provide support?
Find out more about how to benefit from customer accounts, whether you work in Supply Chain or in the commercial departments.
Structure of customer accounts
At the top is a graph of profitability, calculated per month.
The table below shows the customer accounts for the last month (October) and the last 12 months.
- Profitability for the last 12 months: DKK 19.4m, highlighted in green. This figure represents the actual profit made from the customer after deducting all expenses.
Cost of goods sold (COGS), shown per month
If you want to see how a specific cost has been distributed over the last 12 months, click on the field in the customer accounts.
This shows how the COGS was distributed over the past 12 months (see blue box in the customer accounts below the graph).
Customer accounts have been set up in collaboration with an ABC consultant and are based on your specific business.
