When you download data from ABC Cloud, it is saved in a comma-separated values (.csv) file.
When you open the .csv file in Excel, the format of the data may appear unfamiliar to you. To convert the data into a format you are familiar with and better able to work with in Excel, simply follow these steps:
Download your data from ABC Cloud.
Double-click on the file to open it in Excel.
Mark the first column (A)
Choose 'Data' and then 'text to columns'
Choose delimited (first option)
Choose the Comma separator
